Monica Lee is a resilient leader with an extraordinary and stable work ethic, who takes a systematic approach to helping clients due to her genuine concern for the betterment of mankind. Monica consistently demonstrates her ability to develop and inspire highly effective teams to drive key change initiatives, establishing a culture committed to attracting and retaining clients while providing top notch service.
With more than 35 years as a human capital and customer service professional, Monica served globally in numerous leadership and management positions in various military, civilian, and contractor environments. Most recently she worked as a Principal/Director in the strategy consulting business industry, with responsibility for defining, planning, and implementing a service center strategy for the shared services organization, with an emphasis towards optimization, simplification, automation, and scale for the dedicated professionals within the firm.
Monica was able to leverage her extensive executive-level leadership; human resource management, customer service, and strategic planning experience, working towards the attainment of mutually satisfying goals, by establishing a culture committed to top notch delivery, teamwork, and accountability. She built and promoted positive relationships with peers and the customer base to establish trust and ensure follow through to deliver in a way that supports a world class service center, all of which allow a smooth pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role she helps Real Estate professionals maintain industry compliance standards, develop solutions for process improvement, increase operational efficiency in the transaction process, and experience more administration freedom for themselves.
